Dear INGO directors:

This is a gentle reminder for Hanoi-based INGOs to join the COMINGO meeting
on Friday, 22 September, at 13:30 hrs, at PACCOM.
More details in the attached letter.

I would also like to share specific comments and questions, consolidated
from your emails. Thank you!... those of you who made an effort to comment
:-) If your comment did not end up in the final paper (see attached) --
there will be an opportunity to ask it directly on Friday. I shared the
list of your specific questions with PACCOM and I look forward to receiving
some answers at the conference.
