[ingodirectors] REQUEST for Comments and Recommendations on Decree 12

Dear INGO directors:

Following our meeting at PACCOM on Friday 22 September, the Department
of Foreign Affairs from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
circulated a letter to a large number of foreign NGOs in Vietnam. MOFA
announced a revision of Decree 12/2012/ND-CP and requested NGOs’
comments and recommendations. Today PACCOM circulated the same request
through their own mailing lists. I apologise in advance if you
received this message repeatedly.

PACCOM Director General Mr Phan Anh Son has requested that foreign
NGOs send comments and recommendations to PACCOM by 3 October 2017.
Please use the template prepared by MOFA and translated by PACCOM
(attached) when you compile your feedback. Please send it via email to
PACCOM Deputy Director General Ms Pham Anh Dao at
<daopham at vufo.org.vn> or <anhdaovit at gmail.com>.

easier reference:
