[ingodirectors] Salary Survey 2018 - Request to Participate

Dear INGO directors:

I would like to invite your organisation to participate in the 2018
Salary & Benefits Survey of National Staff employed by INGOs working
in Vietnam. Please assign a senior person on your team who will
complete the survey questionnaire. It may require between 60 minutes
and several hours of their time, depending on the size of your INGO,
number of staff and complexity of your policies.

Kindly confirm your participation by sending a short email with
contact details of your appointed staff to <director at ngocentre.org.vn>
and copy her/him on your reply.

All members of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre are invited to participate
in the survey. For our last survey in 2015 we receive responses from
more than 60 organisations. The final report will be distributed to
all member INGOs, regardless of their participation. We guarantee an
absolute confidentiality of all disclosed data; and the survey report
will not link any salary or budget item with your organisation.

In the past, the participating INGOs would usually assign HR directors
or managers; finance directors or managers; or country directors
(yourselves) in a few cases. The appointed person must have access to
your organisation’s salary scales, personnel policies and benefits.
For security reasons only the appointed person will receive an email
with instruction and a safe link to an online questionnaire.
