<p>Dear colleagues,</p>
<p>There have been several document circulating around in the past few weeks regarding the road closures in Hanoi. Some of them proved not to be reliable. The enclosed document is the only official information received from the government, which confirms that the area around Ba Dinh square (Ho Chi Minh mausoleum), including Dien Bien Phu street, will be closed from 17:00 to 23:00 hrs on Thursday October 7; and on Saturday night (22:00 hrs) October 9 to Sunday morning (10:00 hrs) October 10.</p>


<p>I suggest that you avoid these areas getting home from work on Thursday.</p>
