Mr Don Tuan Phong, PACCOM Director General, and Mr Nguyen Ngoc Hung, PACCOM Deputy Director General - also a new Co-Director of the VUFO-NGO Resource Centre, confirmed that they will join the Forum and co-chair the meeting.
