On behalf of the People's Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM), I would<br>
like to invite you to the information-sharing conference with INGOs,<br>
organised by the Vietnam Committee for Foreign NGO Affairs (COMINGO).<br>
The purpose of the conference will be to discuss new regulations<br>
related to INGO operations in Vietnam. Please check the enclosed<br>
letter with agenda for more details. Kindly note that the attached<br>
agenda had been prepared before we agreed with PACCOM to include a new<br>
decree on administrative violations into discussion. I just confirmed<br>
with the PACCOM Senior Management team that the new decree WILL be<br>
discussed at the conference.<br>
