Thanks Thach. I’ve completed the poll - Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday work with me.

May I suggest we have regular SUN CSA meeting, say every quarter or every two months. It could be the first Wednesday of Thursday morning of the quarter. A meeting invite (online or in person) can be sent out for a series of meeting in 2020, so everybody can save it and plan other meetings to avoid schedule conflict.

Many thanks for your initiative.

However, I have some concerns:

i)                 We have to response to the regional SUN CSA if we would like to host the meeting TODAY

ii)                As Tasnim is based in Ottawa, Canada and time different between Hanoi and Ottawa is 12 hours. So I do not know if she could join the meeting until 11 am (11 pm Ottawa time) and take note

iii)               For the online meeting, as my personal experience, it will not work if it take more than 1 hour, so might I suggest that for the Pooled Fund project and the capacity assessment, emails update will be given and if there are anything unclear, we can call other online meetings.

I am forwarding you a message from the Regional CSA Coordinator about the Nutrition for Growth Summit (in 2020). During the Global Gathering in Nepal, SUN announced that they would be working with SUN networks (including CSAs) to synchronize advocacy efforts.
