JOB VACANCIES
World Vision International - Vietnam invites Vietnamese competent
candidates for the positions:
1. MANAGER (01 position) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in
Van Yen district, Yen Bai province.
Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development,
emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and
integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture,
micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.
Main Responsibilities: To lead the ADP Team in working with the community
to design project plan, to implement project activities, to monitor and
evaluate progress, and to transfer the ownership of the development of the
ADP to the community members.
Requirements:
University graduate in any field, preferably in education, health,
community development, or social studies.
3-4 years relevant work experience in community development including
demonstrated capacity in program management.
Well-developed leadership skills including representation,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing and supervising staff.
Excellent English skills.
2. PROJECT ASSISTANT – Health (02 positions) working for the Area
Development Program in Ba Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province; or Tran Yen
district, Yen Bai province
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the ADP Manager in planning, managing, implementation, monitoring
and evaluation of the relevant project activities to achieve stipulated
objectives.
Requirements:
University/College graduate in Public Health or Medicine or sitology.
At least 1 year relevant or community development working experience.
Basic English skills with good reading skills.
3. PROJECT ASSISTANT – Education (02 positions) working for the Area
Development Program in Tua Chua district or Dien Bien Dong district, Dien
Bien province
Main Responsibilities: The position supports WV Vietnam to improve access
to and quality of early childhood and primary education services. The
position assists the ADP Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring
education activities of the ADP.
Requirements:
University graduate, preferably in pedagogy or primary education.
At least 1 year relevant or community development working experience.
Basic English skills with good reading skills.
Common requirements for all positions:
Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
Work at district level.
World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization.

organization will be an advantage.
