Chao cac bac,

Ben to chuc cac bac co kinh nghiem gi ve nop thue nha thau (thue GTGT va 
thue TNDN) khong share cho em biet voi. Hien gio ben em co mot hop dong tu 
van voi mot to chuc tu van nuoc ngoai (dat tru so tai UK) va sau khi doc 
thong tu so 05/2005/TT- BTC V/v "HD che do thue AD doi voi cac to chuc 
nuoc ngoai ko co tu cach phap nhan VN & ca nhan nuoc ngoai KD hoac co thu 
nhap PS tai VN" thi thay la phai nop 2 loai thue tren.

Ben to chuc ben em lai chi dang ky ma so thue PIT thoi, vay co phai di 
dang ky them VAT va CIT ko nhi?

Nhan tien cac bac co so dien thoai cap nhat cua So Cong thuong ko cho em 
biet voi ... E  cung muon check lai voi ho ve noi dung nay.
