                               JOB VACANCIES

World  Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the
following positions:

   1. PROJECT MANAGER (1 position), working for the Mekong Delta Regional
      Trafficking Strategy project - Phase II (MDRTSII). Based in Hanoi.
Main  Responsibilities:  To  lead  the  Project Team to achieving the goal,
outcomes,  and  outputs  in  the  MDRTS  II  design  document  and  logical
framework.
Requirements:
      University  graduate  in any field, preferably in the social sciences
      and/or community development.
      At  least 3 years relevant work experience in human anti-trafficking,
      including demonstrated capacity in program management.
      Well-developed representation and negotiation skills.
      Experience in managing and supervising staff, with strong liaison and
      interpersonal skills.
      Well-developed writing and oral communications skills in English.
      Willingness  to  travel  regularly  within  Viet  Nam  and  to  other
      countries on an occasional basis.

   2.  PROJECT  ASSISTANT – CAPACITY BUILDING (01 position) working for the
      Area  Development  Program  (ADP)  in Thuong Xuan district, Thanh Hoa
      province. Based in Thuong Xuan district.
Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development,
emphasizing  the  process  of  community participation, sustainability, and
integrating   activities  in  the  areas  of  food  security,  agriculture,
micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.
Main   Responsibilities:   To   assist   the   ADP   Manager  in  planning,
implementation,  monitoring  and  evaluation  of  various activities of the
Leadership Development and Capacity Building Project.
Requirements:
      University/College  graduate  in  any  field,  preferably in business
      administration, pedagogy, sociology, or medical/public health.
      At least one year working experiences in community development works.
      Understanding  of and work experience with NGOs and research field is
      desirable. Should have good skills in training and capacity building.
      Basic English skills.
Common requirements for all positions:
      Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
      World  Vision  Vietnam  is  a  Christian non-government organization.
