UNDP Vietnam seeks for qualified International Consultant for the Project "Climate Resilient Infrastructure Planning and Rural Development in Vietnam Northern Mountains".

UNDP Vietnam seeks for qualified National Consultant for the Project "Climate Resilient Infrastructure Planning and Rural Development in Vietnam Northern Mountains".

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Asian Development Bank are jointly formulating a project entitled "Climate Resilient Infrastructure Planning and Rural Development in Vietnam Northern Mountains" for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD). The project will be funded by Global Environment facility (GEF).

The Project Formulation Consultant will be the key focal person for the UNDP Country Office on all consultative issues related to the project preparation phase. He/She will facilitate the collection and synthesis of information about the baseline of this project (especially in terms of: Complementary development initiatives, key partners and stakeholders, the existing policy framework and capacity/research gaps). He/She will facilitate local stakeholder consultations, consolidate stakeholder input and guide the preparation of the project in line with national priorities. He/She will also take part in initial joint UNDP-ADB preparation missions and support the organization and delivery of the PPG Inception workshop.
