Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS)-United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is looking for highly qualified and experienced authors to write Working Papers that will feed directly into the Chapters of the forthcoming 2010 National Human Development Report (2010 NHDR). Topics of Working Papers can be found at the end of this TOR.

The 2010 NHDR project is a part of the VASS-UNDP-supported Project "Support for Effective Policy Making through the Development of Scientific Evidence-based Research" (EBPM). The EBPM aims to develop HDR capacity to enable the 2010 NHDR to deliver on its mandate, vision and mission, and the human resources development interventions that will enable the 2010 NHDR team to achieve the identified requirements.

Viện Khoa học Xã hội Việt Nam (VASS)-Chương trình Phát triển Liên hợp Quốc (UNDP) cần tìm các nghiên cứu viên có kinh nghiệm để viết các Nghiên cứu Thành phần để đưa vào các Chương của  ‘Báo cáo Phát triển Con người Quốc gia 2010’. Các chủ đề của các Nghiên cứu Thành phần được trình bày ở cuối tài liệu này.

‘Báo cáo Phát triển Con người Quốc gia 2010’ là một phần của dự án ‘Hỗ trợ hoạch định chính sách hiệu quả thông qua nghiên cứu dựa trên căn cứ khoa học’ (EBPM) do Viện Khoa học Xã hội (VASS) và UNDP phối hợp thực hiện. Dự án EBPM có mục tiêu xây dựng năng lực cho các nghiên cứu viên để có thể thực hiện Báo cáo Phát triển Con người Quốc gia 2010 theo các yêu cầu đã đặt ra.
