Ben to chuc cua cac anh/chi neu lao dong nu nghi thai san 4 thang, thi co bi tru ngay nghi phep nam khong?

Vi du:   
+ neu annual leave duoc 12 ngay , thi bi tru mat 4 ngay
+ neu annual leave duoc 24 ngay,  thi bi tru 8 ngay
