[TA for Support to Management of P135]

*Vacancy: **Interpreter / Secretary for SM-P135 Project ***

The project* **Technical Assistance Support for Management of Program 135-II
*is implemented by the State Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (CEM) in
collaboration with Niras Finland (Consultant Company) under agreement
between the Governments of Vietnam and Finland. The project works to improve
the management of the Program for Socio-economic Development of Extremely
Difficult Communes in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (P135-II).



The* *project is now* *seeking applicants for the position of
*Interpreter/Secretary.
*The position is based in Hanoi with travel to the project’s 8 partner
provinces.



*Main responsibilities:*

·         Word processing and translation of reports and correspondence

·         Interpretation of meetings, workshops and during field trips

·         Organization of meetings and workshops

·         Office management and administrative support, as directed by the
Finance and Administration Manager (including filing, procurement, travel
arrangements, etc.)



*Requirements:*

   - Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field.
   - Proven relevant working experience (minimum 5 years).
   - Excellent interpretation and translation skills (English and
   Vietnamese).
   - Experience from independently performing secretarial and office
   management tasks
   - Experience from international development projects supporting ethnic
   minority and/or rural development programs
