Dear colleagues and friends,

UNDP Vietnam seeks 08 qualified international consultants for the following 8 study topics on Land Policies for Socioeconomic Development:


*         Tracing and Understanding the Welfare, Wellbeing, and Livelihood Choices of Farmers Displaced by Land Recovery

*         Efficient Use of State-Owned Farms and Public Land for National Development

*         Efficient Use of Forestry Land for National Development

*         Land Management System for Ethnic Minorities

*         Improving the Conditions under Which Women Contribute to Agriculture and Rural Development

*         Increasing the Value of Land Assets for Agriculture and Rural Development

*         Evaluating the Efficient Use of Suburban Land and Proposing Model for Urban Agriculture

*         Land Ownership System: International Experiences and Application for Vietnam

The objective of these assignments is to provide inputs to the Land Law Revision and policy making process in Vietnam.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
