	2. Project Assistant - M&E cum Capacity Building (Tro ly du an - Giam
sat, Danh gia kiem Xay dung nang luc): 1 position, based in Tran Yen
district, Yen Bai province
	3. Development Facilitator (Dieu phoi vien Phat trien cong dong): 4
positions, based in Dien Bien Dong or Tua Chua districts, Dien Bien
province
	4. Sponsorship Facilitator (Dieu phoi vien Bao tro): 1 position,
based in Tuan Giao district, Dien Bien
