UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Consultant for Design of (interim) National REDD+ Fund management and operational procedures.

The main objectives of this assignment are as follows:

-              To design a management structure for the National REDD+ Fund as part of the National REDD+ Program.
-              To design detailed assignments of tasks and responsibilities to individual Government and State Agencies such that all substantive aspects of the National REDD+ Fund are covered, at all levels of operation and with due regard to (international) standards of fiduciary control and accountability.
-              To propose independent auditing procedures of the National REDD+ Fund.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
