Hi Ngan,

Ben minh cung co lam travel board,  rat simple nhung cung kha helpful, nhat la voi program staff travel nhieu.

Format rat don gian chi co name, dates (from - to), location/ purpose of travel. (Theo minh thi cang don gian cang hieu qua) 

Tren bang moi nguoi, ke ca sep, se ghi lich cua minh : di cong tac, meetings , nghi phep, etc. Va nen duoc update thuong xuyen moi khi co plan moi (ko nhat thiet chi gioi han trong thang do)

ngoai ra co the them muc cho visitors nua, de staff nam duoc lich tham vieng cua cac bac ;-)
