advanced technology.

RTI International is seeking qualified applicants for the following
positions to support an upcoming, 5-year USAID-funded *Pathways for
Participation: Strengthening the Civil Society Response to HIV in Vietnam* *
Project”*.  The Project will focus on: building the capacity of Local
Capacity Building Lead Agency/ies (LCBLAs) to be capacity building  providers;
strengthening organizational, technical and leadership capacity of civil
society organizations (CSOs); implementation of effective community-based
HIV interventions and services to reduce risk behavior and increase quality
of life; advocacy to support the value of civil society’s role in the
national HIV/AIDS response; strengthening the ability of CSOs to influence
HIV policies and programming.
