[Ngo-admin] Consultancy service-Design and Facilitation of Logical Framework Analysis Workshop to support the Project Preparation for “Promotion of Non-Fired Brick Production and Utilization”

Dear Sir/Madam,

The UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 National Consultant to design and facilitate Logical Framework Analysis Workshop to support the Project Preparation for “Promotion of Non-Fired Brick Production and Utilization”

Under the overall guidance of the Head of the Sustainable Development Unit, UNDP Viet Nam, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology for Economic- Technical Branches of MOST, the national consultant will be responsible for implementing of the following key tasks:

-                  Provide comments on the TOR of the workshop containing following elements but not limit to: i) objectives and expected outputs, ii) target participants, iii) tentative agenda of the workshop, iv) approach to conduction of the workshop and to facilitation of discussion v) estimated duration of the workshop

-                  Guide and participate in consultative meetings with relevant key stakeholders

-                  Make presentation at the workshop and facilitate discussion session to get inputs from participant

-                  Develop a relevant questionnaires to get information from targeted participants

-                  Provide a list of suggested issues/gaps that need additional research or analysis as resulted from the FLA workshop and next steps to proceed the project preparation

The selected consultant is expected to complete the assignment in 15 working days during the period from August to September 2012
