[Ngo-admin] RFP for End of Project Evaluation - Project 00059659

UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified firms/institutes/organizations to conduct End of Project Evaluation for project "Strengthening the Capacities for Budgetary Decision and Oversight of People's Elected Bodies in Vietnam" (Project 00059659).

The objective of the Evaluation is


  *   to assess the implementation of the project since its start in June 2009  (results, achievements, constraints) against expected results defined in the project document and annual work plans
  *   to assess operational aspects such as project management in achieving the project results.
  *   to synthesize lessons to help improve the design and implementation of activities within future projects in related thematic areas

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
