Hanoij University of Pharmacy in Viet Nam seeks 01 International
Consultants for the Project of Global Fund Round 10 - HSS - Intervention
2.1 - Establishing a national pharmacovigilance system

 The international consultants will provide the following consultancy
services:

   - Establish and define the structure and function of the M and E team,
   within the limitations of the resources provided under the project.
   - Develop/design the M&E strategy and system, ensuring that this will
   supplement and link to the existing M&E processes of implementing partners
   and other stakeholder groups
   - Develop the M and E toolkit
