*Dear Sir/ Madam,*

Research Center for Management and Sustainable Development (MSD) will
organize the experience-sharing workshop on “CSO Initiatives on promoting
transparency and mutual accountability (CSO-TAI)”. This workshop is under
the project “Promoting Development Effectiveness for civil society
organizations in Transparency and Mutual Accountability” funded by Irish
Aid. The objectives of the workshop are:

- To promote learning and sharing among multi-stakeholders about CSO
initiatives on promoting transparency and mutual accountability;

- To launch national network on CSO initiatives on promoting transparency
and mutual accountability (CSO-TAI);

- To introduce the new initiatives of CSOs on Code on Transparency and
Accountability for CSOs, Monitoring and certificates for organizations with
transparent and accountable governance (TAG) and NGO Awards for CSOs with
good practice on Transparency and Mutual Accountability.

We would like to invite you to participate in the workshop.

*Time:* 13.30 – 17.00 August 27 2013

*Location:* National Assembly Guest House, 27A Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem,
Hanoi

*The workshop will be provided both in Vietnames and English. The agenda is
attached.*
