MSD is seeking a Resource Mobilization and Communication (RMC) manager to
work with some projects of MSD relating to Advocacy, Transparency and
Mutual Accountability and Resource Mobilization.

Some main responsibilities are:

   - Coordinate the implementation of activities/ events of the projects
   relating to T&A and RM to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency ;
   - Support the director to develop and implement the resource
   mobilization and communication strategy  in 2013 – 2018;
   - Raise funds for the organizations from different sources;
   - Develop and manage the database of donors, partners and constituents
   and other stakeholders;
   - Develop and manage communication channels of the organization; working
   with media;
   - Develop and manage MSD’s volunteers in communication and resource
   mobilization;
   - Report to Director and Vice-director

Work based in Hanoi with travel to some other provinces.

*Salary*: competitive – basing on the organization’s salary scheme and
negotiation with candidate(s).
