   Development Facilitators, based in Tram Tau, Luc Yen, and Van Chan
   districts, . Deadline for application: 20 August 2013

    Area  Development  Program  (ADP)  Coordinators, based in Tram Tau, Luc
   Yen, and Van Chan districts. Deadline for application: 23 August 2013

   Cluster Officer - Agriculture and Economic Development , based in Yen
   Bai (either Tran Yen, Yen Binh, Luc Yen, Van Chan or Tram Tau district).
   Deadline for application: 25 August 2013.
