Hi Cuc, 

SRD cung chi tinh nghi bu cho nhan vien, valid trong vong 2 thang. Di lam weekend, holiday la cung phai do y/cau va viec cu di cua line manager do, chu khong phai cu thich la di lam duoc. De co co so tinh nghi bu, thi phai co giay xac nhan, approve cua LM nua ban ah.

Dear các anh chị em trong admin group,

Em là Nguyễn Hoàng Cúc làm việc trong Admin team của văn phòng WCS.

Hiện tại chính sách tính (TOIL) Time off in lieu của văn phòng WCS không đề cập đến việc làm thêm giờ và đối với các ngày cuối tuần, ngày nghỉ lễ không áp dụng theo chế độ quy định trong Bộ Luật Lao động Việt Nam mà chỉ được tính 100% như ngày làm việc thường (Thay vì 200% và 300% như quy định).

Vì vậy, để đảm bảo quyền lợi của nhân viên WCS mà Admin team của WCS đang có mong muốn được áp dụng chế độ theo quy định của Bộ Luật Lao động Việt Nam.

Mong các anh chị em share với Admin team của WCS về cách tính TOIL mà VP mình đang áp dụng cũng như các lời khuyên để WCS Admin có thể áp dụng trong để sếp đồng ý với chính sách TOIL cho nhân viên WCS với ạ :-).
