[Ngo-admin] Dang ky con dau cho to chuc

Chào cả nhà.  Theo mình được biết thì PACCOM sẽ hỗ trợ làm thủ tục đăng ký
con dấu với cơ quan CA.  Trước đây tổ chức mình cũng đã làm công văn đề
nghị PACCOM giúp nhưng chưa thực hiện được.
