theo  Điểm b Khoản 2 Điều 3 Nghị định số 65/2013/NĐ-CP thì “ trợ cấp thôi việc (severance allowance)  trợ cấp mất việc làm, trợ cấp thất nghiệp và các khoản trợ cấp khác theo quy định của Bộ luật Lao động và Luật Bảo hiểm xã hội; trợ cấp thôi việc theo quy định của không tính vào thu nhập chịu thuế thu nhập cá nhân” chứ nhỉ??

Oxfam Anh cung tra 14 thang luong, tron moi nam lam viec (du 12 thang) se duoc them 10% gratuity khi ket thuc hop dong (khong lam tron) 

Tra loi cau hoi cua Loan, cac tien severance allowance 1/2 thang luong neu tra cho nhung nam tu 2008 tro ve truoc thi khong chiu thue, tu nam 2009 thi van chiu thue binh thuong.

Bên TAF có chế độ 13 tháng lương/năm, và chế độ severance pay  1 năm ½ tháng lương cho nhân viên.

Ben minh co che dộ 13 lương/năm.  Ngoài ra còn có chế độ hỗ trợ sau thôi việc (serverance pay) 1 tháng lương/năm cho những nhân viên làm việc từ năm thứ 4 trở đi, 3 năm đầu là 1/2 tháng.

Bên mình đang revise lại Policy. Cả nhà có thể cho mình hỏi một chút về chính sách của tổ chức các bạn được không? Cho mình hỏi hiện nay bên các bạn đang áp dụng trả lương, thưởng hàng năm cho nhân viên tổng là 12 hay 13 hay 14 tháng lương hay nhiều hơn?
