Dear Hiền ơi,



Bên mình trả 14 tháng lương/năm, trong đó đó cứ 6 tháng lại trả 1 tháng
lương extra



Ngoài ra bên mình có chế độ đặc thù là có 01 tháng lương tích lũy (tháng
lương thứ 15) cho nhân viên cứ mỗi 12 tháng làm việc và được trả cộng dồn 1
lần khi nhân viên đó kết thúc hợp đồng với tổ chức

Dear cả nhà,



Bên mình đang revise lại Policy. Cả nhà có thể cho mình hỏi một chút về
chính sách của tổ chức các bạn được không? Cho mình hỏi hiện nay bên các
bạn đang áp dụng trả lương, thưởng hàng năm cho nhân viên tổng là 12 hay 13
hay 14 tháng lương hay nhiều hơn?



Rất cảm ơn ý kiến chia sẻ của các bạn. Mình sẽ tập hợp lại thông tin và gửi
lại cho các bạn có quan tâm.
