Hội Bảo trợ tư pháp cho người nghèo Việt nam có kế hoạch tổ chức 01 Tọa đàm về rà soát văn bản pháp luật hiện hành và đề xuất bổ sung luật pháp tạo cơ hội thuận lợi cho các tổ chức phí chính phủ tham gia trợ giúp pháp lý. Các chủ đề chính là:
+ Các quy định chưa cụ thể, rõ ràng về sự tham gia của tổ chức xã hội trong văn pháp pháp luật trợ giúp pháp lý;
+ Cần có sự hướng dẫn cụ thể hơn về chế định bào chữa viên nhân dân trong Bộ luật tố tụng hình sự;
+  Các giải pháp gì của Nhà nước cần được cụ thể để khuyến khích tổ chức xã hội tham gia trợ giúp pháp lý theo Điều 5 của Luật:
+ Cần quy định về sự tham gia của các đơn vị nghiên cứu và báo chí trowng hoạt động trợ giúp pháp lý;
+ Quyền của người bào chữa trong tố tụng hình sự cần được sửa đổi bổ sung thế nào để có thể thực hiện nguyên tắc tranh tụng theo nghị quyết 48-49 của Bộ Chính trị?

Dear all,


The HPG is a
joint forum led by the Ministry of Health (MOH), with the participation of
development partners, other government ministries, provinces and NGOs. It is
recognized as the official policy dialogue forum for developing reliable
partnership, mobilizing and effectively coordinating external aid for the
health sector in line with the sector priorities.
The HPG commits
to the three principles drawn from the Hanoi Core Statement: i) to strengthen
country ownership over development; ii) to build more effective and inclusive
partnerships for development; iii) to delivering and to account for development
results.
HPG Objectives
are: i) to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of support from DPs to the
Health sector; ii) to strengthen aid coordination and transparency iii) to
minimize double-counting and fragmentation in Health aid coordination to reach
health objectives; iv)  to attract contributions of relevant
government units and Development Partners though alternative.
The HPG has
been operational since 2004 in order to facilitate the implementation of
internationally agreed principles on development cooperation in the health
sector in Vietnam. In the new context of a middle income country (MIC), Vietnam in
general and health care in particular are facing many opportunities as well as
difficulties and challenges: transitions from grant to loan, from financial
support to technical assistance.
The HPG is
now looking for Vietnamese competent candidates to fill the vacancy of communication officer.
