My ơi, v?i đi?u ki?n là nhân viên không đóng BHTN th? t? ch?c s? 
tr? tr? c?p thôi vi?c b?ng 1/2 tháng lương/năm th? đó là qui đ?nh 
c?a lu?t, kho?n này đương nhiên không ch?u thu?.

C?n ? đây m?nh th? m?nh hi?u câu Hi?n h?i là mu?n tham kh?o các 
chính sách ngoài qui đ?nh c?a lu?t mà các t? ch?c INGO đang áp d?ng 
(v? lu?t th? đương nhiên ph?i tuân th? r?i :D), n?u bên c?nh vi?c 
đóng BHTN cho nhân viên, mà khi k?t thúc h?p đ?ng m?t s? t? ch?c 
INGO v?n có m?t kho?n tr? c?p nào đó nơi th? b?ng 1/2 tháng 
lương, nơi b?ng 1 tháng luơng,... th? ph?n thu nh?p này v?n tính 
thu?.

Không hi?u m?nh có hi?u đúng ? Hi?n mu?n h?i không :)

Oxfam Anh cung tra 14 thang luong, tron moi nam lam viec (du 12 thang) se 
duoc them 10% gratuity khi ket thuc hop dong (khong lam tron) 

Tra loi cau hoi cua Loan, cac tien severance allowance 1/2 thang luong neu 
tra cho nhung nam tu 2008 tro ve truoc thi khong chiu thue, tu nam 2009 
thi van chiu thue binh thuong.
