Dear all

Oxfam is selling a Toyota Lancruiser 4.5 diezel, 10 seats, white colour, registration number 29QT-546.07. (The registration named by Oxfam Hong Kong, first issued on 14 April 2003). Origination: brand new imported since 2003. Status: no operation from September 13 until now.

Car sale method:

·         The car is sold by closed bid. All bids (filling in the Car purchase registration form attached) must be submitted only one time in closed envelope and sent to the below address:

Duong Hong Giang, Admin Department, Oxfam Hong Kong

22 Le Dai Hanh, Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi

·         The minimum starting price: 200.000.000VND (two hundred million dongs)

·         Deadline: All bids must be sent by 17.00pm, 21st January 2014

·         Oxfam fixed assets liquidation committee will have a meeting to announce all bids on 22nd January 2014 and inform the winner in written to the provided address.

·         It is the responsibility of the bid winner to pay import duty tax and other related taxes if applicable as well as to process the car ownership transfer. Oxfam will provide the winner the paperwork related support.
