[Ngo-admin] Initial survey on ICT application in projects

Pact is implementing Mekong Vitality Expanded Project supporting Vietnamese poor women to strengthen their social and economic status in Vinh Long Province, Vietnam. The project has 1 component using Information and Communication Technology (ICT), specifically mobile technology and internet usage for participating women. We are planning to organize experience sharing opportunities with our peers who have experience in this area.
