- Thanh toán : bên anh muốn nhận tiền Net, sau đó bọn anh đi đóng thuế rồi gửi hóa đơn đỏ cho bên em thanh toán lại

vậy là phải thanh toán làm 2 lần chị ạ, rất mất thời gian. EM đang tìm hiểu xem các chủ nhà khác có đòi hỏi buồn cười như vậy ko chị ạ

Chào Nga, bên mình chủ yếu ký hợp dồng bằng tiền Việt. Thời gian thanh toán do thỏa thuận được với chủ nhà (3 tháng).  Mình trả tiền nhà, còn chủ nhà có trách nhiệm dóng thuế và cho bên mình xin lại hóa đơn.  Tất cả đều phản ảnh trong hợp đồng.  Tuy nhiên các điều khoản này còn phụ thuộc vào việc mình đàm phán với chủ nhà nhé:). Hope this helps. Oanh

Cả nhà cho em xin advise về Hợp đồng thuê nhà cho expat với ạ: HĐ bằng tiền Việt hay Đô và trả mấy tháng một lần ạ? Và mỗi lần trả có trả thuế luôn không hay chỉ trả giá net sau đó chủ nhà đi nộp thuế và đưa hóa đơn thì minh mới trả tiếp tiền thuế ạ?
