Cho mình hỏi đã tổ chức nào làm thủ tục xác nhận Trưởng đại diện VPDA được miễn GPLĐ theo NĐ 11 này chưa? Mong mọi người chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, mình đang chuẩn bị làm nhưng thấy mơ hồ với khoản c Điều 8: Các giấy tờ chứng minh người lao động không thuộc diện cấp GPLĐ. 

 

Nơi nhận hồ sơ là Sở LĐ hay Cục việc làm?

As you may know, the Government has just released a new Decree which is replaced the Decree 102/2013/ND-CP. That's the Decree 11/2016/ND-CP on guiding some articles of the labor code on foreign workers in Viet Nam.

 

By this letter, we would like to notify you that, the Head of foreign NGOs having Certificate of Registration of Operation is not one of the applicable entities who can apply the work permit exemption. Pls find the attachment (in English and Vietnamese version for further information).
