Dear whom it may concern,

HELVETAS Việt Nam thanh lý 1 xe FORD FIESTA S đời 2013 màu đỏ cam, thông tin chi tiết trong mẫu đấu thầu đính kèm. Đối tượng mời đấu thầu: Không hạn chế. Người trúng thầu chịu trách nhiệm sang tên và đóng các loại thuế phí hiện hành. Cách thức đấu thầu: Người tham gia đấu thầu đấu thầu in mẫu đính kèm, ghi giá đấu thầu bằng đồng Việt Nam, phong bì ghi rõ “Tham gia đấu thầu xe ô-tô”, dán kín gửi tới: HELVETAS Việt Nam Số 298F Kim Mã, Ba Đình, Hà Nội. Thời gian đóng thầu: 16h00 ngày 3.9.2019. Đề nghị người tham gia ghi đúng số điện thoại đang sử dụng để nhận thông báo trong trường hợp trúng thầu. Nếu người bỏ thầu cao nhất không đến làm thủ tục trong vòng 03 ngày sau khi thông báo, HELVETAS có quyền huỷ thông báo trúng thầu và báo cho người bỏ giá cao tiếp theo.

The success bidder is responsible to for formalities and tax & fee applicable. Please print the bidding form attached, fill in the amount you want to put in Vietnam Dong, seal the envelop titled “Bidding for the car”, send to HELVETAS Vietnam 298F Kim Ma, Hanoi, Vietnam not later than 16:00 on 3.9.2019. The success bidder will be contacted by phone, please make sure you provide effective number. In case the first success bidder not showing up after 3 days, Helvetas deserved the rights to cancel and call the next success bidder.
