[Ngo-admin] RE: Có phải thay đổi con dấu khi gia hạn giấy đăng ký hoạt động

Chào bạn Nhung,

Theo mình hiểu thì nếu Giấy đăng ký được nâng cấp từ đăng ký hoạt động lên văn phòng dự án, hoặc văn phòng đại diện thì sẽ phải thay đổi con dấu và đăng ký với công an đấy bạn ạ.

Nếu giấy đăng ký chỉ là gia hạn thì có nghĩa là mục đích, địa bản, v.v không thay đổi thì không phải thay đổi con dấu.  vì con dấu là cho tổ chức, không phụ thuộc vào dự án.

Dự án của chúng tôi đã gia hạn 4 lần nhưng chưa bao giờ thay đổi con dấu.
