[Ngo-admin] Có phải thay đổi con dấu khi gia hạn giấy đăng ký hoạt động

Hi Nhung,



Bạn nhìn vào Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký mẫu dấu do BCA cấp cho Tổ chức bạn xem
có thời hạn đến khi nào nhé. Thường thì hạn sử dụng của con dấu sẽ đi đôi
với hạn của Giấy phép hoạt động. Tổ chức mình đã phải làm lại thủ tục đăng
ký mẫu dấu, khi làm thủ tục gia hạn GPHĐ hồi 2019.



Tốt nhất bạn nên liên hệ thêm với Cục Cảnh sát QLHC về TTXH của Bộ CA để có
hướng dẫn đầy đủ nhé.
