Mình là Trà, cán bộ Hành chính cấp cao của tổ chức PATH Mỹ tại Hà Nội. Hiện mình đang khảo sát để thảm khảo cách các tổ chức đang làm đối với việc xin phê duyệt tổ chức hội nghị hội thảo và rất mong nhận được ý kiến chia sẻ của mọi người về thủ tục này. Cả nhà cho em hỏi có tổ chức nào thành công nộp hồ sơ đề nghị nhập cảnh lên Sở lao động thương binh xã hội Hà Nội theo trường hợp không thuộc diện cấp giấy phép lao động chia sẻ giúp em kinh nghiệm về các vấn đề sau với:
 
  
 
-      Người lao động không phải là trưởng đại diện thì giấy tờ chứng minh không thuộc diện cấp giấy phép lao động gồm những gì?
 
-      Muốn đề xuất phương án cách ly ở nhà thì có được chấp nhận không và bao gồm giấy tờ gì?
