qualified team of individual consultants, firms, institutes, organizations to
conduct “Survey on current situation of women’s land rights in Viet
Nam”, under the Project “Empowerment of Women to Claim Land Rights
in Viet Nam”.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>The Main
objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the current
situation of women’s land rights in Viet Nam, factors and obstacles to
enable or constrain realization of their rights, and to recommend possible
solutions and mechanism in empowering women to claim their rights in cases such
as divorce and inheritance.<o:p></o:p></p>
