<p><font size=2 face="Arial">Oxfam and MCD are looking a national Consultant/Team
Leader or consulting firm to carry out a baseline survey in the project
areas of Tra Vinh, Tien Giang, Nam Dinh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh. Please
find the attached TOR for reference and help to forward to potential candidates
being interested in.</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">Interested candidates are requested to submit:</font>

<p><font size=2 face="Arial">· A survey
design proposal with maximum 4 pages</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">· A copy
of the CV of the consultant (contact details included)</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">· Name
and contact details of 2 references from previous work done in the similar
field</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">· A detailed
budget to conduct the study and including all daily consultancy fees (gross,
including tax according to the Vietnamese Law). </font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">· A letter
of commitment specifying availability to conduct the study during the requested
period</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">· If possible,
copies of past KAP/baseline survey study report undertaken by the consultant</font>
