Assembly, and Guideline for implementation of the national biodiversity strategy and action plan (NBSAP).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

agency under Vietnam Environment Administration, in preparation of the fifth National Report to be submitted to Biodiversity Convention Secretariat, the guidelines for implementation of the NBSAP, and Report on Critical Biodiversity Issues to the National
Assembly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
