“<b>Strengthening the impact of Public
Administration Reform<i> </i>in Ha Tinh
province”</b> was assigned by Vietnam Government to Ha Tinh PPC at Letter No.1531/TTg-QHQT dated September 25, 2012. The
project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span lang="NL">In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2013 approved by UNDP and Ha Tinh
Provincial People’s Committee, Ha Tinh PAR PMU plans to recruit national
consultants for 02 packages (i)</span><b><span lang="NL"> </span><span>assessment of current database on
civil servants and public employees management in Ha Tinh province and
providing proposals for development of the new software.</span></b></p><p style="text-align:justify"><b><span style="color:rgb(79,129,189)">Work location</span><span style="color:rgb(54,95,145)">: </span></b>in Ha Tinh city and other locations required by Project Manager and National
Project Director.<br></p>
