<p style="margin-left: 1in; margin-bottom: 0in">MCC grants 12 annual
leave days per International calendar year for those full time
employees during their first three years of service with MCC, 15
annual leave days for those employees beginning with their fourth
year of service with MCC. An additional annual leave day is added
beginning with the sixth year and the beginning of every fourth year
of employment thereafter up to a maximum of 20 days. Annual Leave
for part time employees will be prorated per the amount of time
worked.

<p style="margin-left: 1in">Five days of annual leave may be carried
forward into the next calendar year, to be used within the first two
months. A maximum of five days of annual leave maybe applied to
severance account.</p>
