viên NN mình mong được cả nhà chia sẻ kinh nghiệm nếu gặp trường hợp tương tự

font-family:Arial'>Nhân viên mới tuyển vào tổ chức, có giấy phép lao động có
giá trị đến tháng 12/2015, GPLĐ do tổ chức cũ xin. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>Mình đến hỏi DoLISA và được hướng dẫn là phải làm lại thủ
tục xin GPLĐ từ đầu. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:Arial'>Vấn đề đau đầu là nhân viên này trước đó cũng mất gần 1 năm
để có các giấy tờ cần thiết cho GPLĐ kia, đặc biệt là Lý lịch tư pháp nước
ngoài. Bây giờ phải làm lại thủ tục, nhân viên này sẽ phải xin lại lý lịch tư
pháp- theo mình hiểu là rất khó khăn.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>Mình băn khoăn không biết có hướng dẫn/quy định nào về việc
