This creates uncertainty and insecurity for local staff, both in terms of professional and personal life. What is the exit-strategy of donors? What are the consequences for local staff in relation to this strategy? And how does this contribute to the development of Vietnam?<BR><BR>MDF will write a series of articles on the strategies of INGOs and their influence on the professional and personal life of local staff, as they perceive it. The articles will be published in the magazine of AsianNGO and each volume represents the view and experiences of the local staff in subsequently Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. Each article will focus on one country and is the result of several in-depth interviews with local staff, and responses to the online survey. </SPAN></P>
