*Hue NGO Evening*
It is my pleasure to invite you to attend an evening organised for the NGO
community and its partners in Hue on the 8th September at the Indochine
Palace, 105A Hung Vuong, Hue. The event will start at 7pm, and I hope it
will be a great opportunity to socialise, network and build stronger ties
between those working in the development field in Thua Thien Hue. If you
know of any others who may be interested in this event then we would be
grateful if you could forward this on to them.

*Central Vietnam NGO Mailing List
*After discussions with a few colleagues this year I contacted the NGO
Resource Centre in Hanoi to look into the possibility of opening a central
region NGO mailing list. I am pleased to say this list is now active and
free for anyone to use. It is our hope that this will become a highly
useful resource, promoting training events, social events and opportunities
for collaboration. For these reasons any future events will be promoted on
