Dear EMWGers,

To celebrate the Human Rights Day, 10th December every year, especially 
in 2013 with impressed achievements of the human rights movement in the 
world and Vietnam, the network of civil society organizations is 
organizing a Festival Day "I AM FREE" to honor values of human rights 
and provide information - knowledge for the interested.

Organizers would like to invite you to participate in this important 
event in order to recall historical milestones of human rights across 
the world and Vietnam, and take part in meaningful activities and games 
related to human rights
