Dear Ms. Hoa,

Thank you for your note. By copy of this reply I introduce Dr. Quang, 
Project Co-cordinator for the Multiple Benefits REDD+Project who can 
complete your form on aspects of the project relating to ethnic minorities.

As co-chair of the National REDD+ Network's sub-technical working group 
on social and environmental safeguards I would also like to reach out to 
the EMWG and share the Environmental & Social Safeguard 'Roadmap' for 
the National EDD+ Action Programme, which identifies generally weak 
provisions on respect for the knowledge and rights of indigenous peoples 
as a key gap in existing national policies in meeting international 
REDD+ safeguard commitments.
