[Ngo-emwg] Oct 8- Invitation to The Meeting for Research Proposal Call, Pact-Mekong Partnership for the Environment (MPE)

Dear CSO partners,

The Mekong Partnership for the Environment (MPE) is a four-year project (2013-2017) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by a consortium consisting of Pact, Stockholm Environment Institute, Internews, Wildlife Conservation Society and East West Management Institute and other organizations. We support constructive engagement between stakeholders to facilitate socially and environmentally responsible development decision making processes in the Mekong region.

The Mekong Partnership for the Environment (MPE)  is offering the Small Grant for Research Project on Improve Social and Environmental Safeguard around Economic Land Concessions in the Lower Mekong Region. This grant for local Civil Society Organization (CSO) from Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar and provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Mekong Partnership for the Environment (MPE) and Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI)  would like to introduce to CSO partners in Vietnam about this Research Call. So we would like to invite you to attend the Meeting for Research Proposals Call. The representative of MPE and SIE will provide more detail information about this research call at the meeting. The meeting will be organized at:

Date: Thursday, Oct, 8, 2015 ( morning)
Time: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
Location: Pact Vietnam Office, suite 501-502, B1 building, Van Phuc diplomatic compound, 298 Kim ma, Ba dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam
